Chopper is Blue Boy from the Natalie x Harley litter. Chopper is a great addition to my house as he has a fabulous, confident temperament, flowing side gait and abundant coat. He is maturing into a very solid boy with good bone and substance. He stands almost 26" at the wither and weighs almost 70 lbs.

Chopper enjoys being with the other Belgians - but prefers to be with people. :)

Chopper started his show career at the Columbus shows in November 2004. He had never been to a large, indoor show - but he did GREAT! He didn't take Winners Dog (or Reserve WD), but he enjoyed being at the show, met a lot of new people and took everything in stride. :) He has SUCH a solid termperment. He received many compliments from other breeders and I was very proud of him!

Chopper picked up some points towards his championship and earned his first major in June 2005. Chopper picked up his second major in July 2005. Even at 18 monthes, he was a VERY easy keeper - gets along with everyone and has still never met a stranger.

Wow - Chopper picked up 4 more points toward his championship at Columbus in November 2005. He only needed a single point to finish his championship, but decided to pick up a 3rd major at the Medina KC show on Dec 16, 2005 - to complete his championship! In a little over a year (of very limited showing) Chopper completed his championship! What a good BOY!! :)

Chopper is a super dog and now that he has his Championship completed - we'll focus on obedience for a while. He needs to mature a bit before he'll be ready to be competitive as a special.

Chopper went out to some shows during the summer of '06 and managed to pick up 2 group placments - with one of those being a GROUP 1!!!! Certainly not too bad for a young male! He can now add Group Winning in front of his registered name! WOO HOO!!!

Chopper is having a great 2007 - as well! As of June 3, 2007 - he's been entered in 17 all-breed shows and has taken Best of Breed 17 times! He's ALSO racked up 7 additional group placements through the first half of 2007 - including another Group 1! He's been presented in 2007 by Heidi Speath and they've become a great team! THANK YOU HEIDI! Chopper has earned half the points he needs for his conformation Hall of Fame award! He'll work on completing that in 2008!

Chopper finished up 2007 - by completing his Companion Dog title on December 1, 2007!!! He was actually entered in 4 obedience trials and received 4 qualifying scores or 185.5, 195.5, 196 and 190! He really did well and is a very biddable dog!!! I ended up entering him under the same judge twice - that's why he earned 4 legs! Great dog! (too bad about the inept handler/owner he has...;) Regardless - Chopper did a great job earning his CD and I plan to start Open training with him in January 2008!

Chopper had a great time in 2009 and earned his Rally Novice and Rally Advanced Titles and 2/3 of his Rally Excellent title. By the middle of 2009 - Chopper was beginning to have some prostate issues, so it was time for him to be collected and neutered. Chopper went to live with Susan Hunter in Columbus, Ohio in Nov. 2009. He is happily hangingout with his new "mom" Susan!

Chopper is doing well into 2012. He has not had any prostate issues since he was neutered and he and Susan ahve added a beagle mix sister, Gracie, to their pack.

Chopper is still doing great in September 2014 with his mom, Susan and little sis, Gracie!!! Thank you Susan for doting over him and giving him a great life!

Chopper celebrated his 12th birthday January 2016 and is doing well. He goes on walks daily with his mom, Susan and little sister, Gracie. Chopper gets around well and enjoys life. Good work Susan! Thanks for taking such great care of Chopper! He deserves it!

Chopper celebrated his 13th Birthday in January 2017 and although he has been having some health issues this year, he is doing OK. Good work Susan on keeping Chopper healthy.

Chopper suffered a vestibular attack on April 20, 2018 - pretty severe. His owner elected to euthanize him. RIP Chopper.
